Compile a lifting coach
for your own AI.

A five-minute interview about how you actually train — days, equipment, injuries, the honest stuff. It compiles into a coach file you download and load into Claude, ChatGPT or whatever you run: then your AI programs your sessions, manages your deloads, and adjusts to your recovery.

How this works

This site doesn't run your program. It doesn't even generate one. It does something smaller and more useful: it asks you the questions a good coach would ask — constraints, not aspirations — and compiles the answers into a structured, commented markdown file that any capable AI can execute as your coach.

You own the file. You run it on your own AI subscription, edit it in any text editor, and read exactly why every rule in it exists — the reasoning ships inside the file as comments. The methodology is real: it's the same progression, autoregulation and deload logic running daily in a private training system built by Abundant Kindling.

The pattern is the point: elicit context, compile it into a portable artefact, hand over ownership. Ongoing inference costs land on infrastructure you already pay for, not on another subscription. Lifting is the demo because nobody needs it explained — but the same pipeline turns any expert's methodology into something an AI can run. If your organisation has knowledge locked in heads and documents, that's the conversation we're actually inviting.

Privacy, by architecture

The compiler is a pure function running in your browser. There is no server, no database, no analytics on your answers — nothing you type is transmitted or stored, which you can verify in the network tab. The file exists only on your machine, once you download it.
